Angeborene Anomalien k\u00f6nnen bereits vor der Geburt erkannt und in manchen F\u00e4llen behandelt werden. Diese Arbeitsgruppe konzentriert sich daher darauf, durch die folgenden Projekte Wissen \u00fcber Fetalpathologie, Pr\u00e4nataldiagnostik und Fetalmedizin zu generieren und weiterzugeben:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Winterschule f\u00fcr Fetalmedizin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Im Jahr 2023 startete ITHACA die erste Ausgabe seiner neuen Winterakademie zum Thema \u201eFetale Diagnostik\u201c, um eine Wissensl\u00fccke in den Bereichen fetale Ph\u00e4notypisierung, genetische Analyse und Dateninterpretation zu schlie\u00dfen. Der eint\u00e4gige Kurs umfasst Grundlagenvortr\u00e4ge und vertiefende Workshops zu den Themen Ph\u00e4notypisierung, pr\u00e4natale Genomtests und den Auswirkungen auf die genetische Beratung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieses Programm bringt herausragende Wissenschaftler aus den ITHACA-Mitgliedsinstitutionen und kooperierenden Partnern aus den Bereichen Fetal- und M\u00fcttermedizin, fetale Bildgebung, fetale Pathologie und Humangenetik zusammen, damit die Teilnehmer in vollem Umfang von dem umfangreichen Fachwissen profitieren k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lehrbuch zur Fetalmedizin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Die Franz\u00f6sische Gesellschaft f\u00fcr F\u00f6topathologie \u00fcberarbeitet derzeit ihr Buch zum Thema Praktische Fetal- und Plazentapatologie<\/strong> (2008). Nach Fertigstellung wird ERN-ITHACA den Text ins Englische \u00fcbersetzen und online ver\u00f6ffentlichen (Moodle\/PDF). Das Buch wird sich auf Themen im Zusammenhang mit der fetalen Autopsie konzentrieren \u2013 nicht nur auf die Beschreibung morphologischer Anomalien, sondern auch auf deren Ursachen und Mechanismen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden weitere, ebenso wichtige Aspekte behandelt, darunter die Plazenta und die Gesundheit der Mutter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kooperationen im Bereich der fetalen Pathologie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Diese Arbeitsgruppe wurde ins Leben gerufen, um das Wissen \u00fcber die fetale Pathologie durch die Bereitstellung neuer Orphanet-Zusammenfassungen<\/strong> bei fetalen Fehlbildungen (siehe unsere Seite zu Orphanet<\/a>) sowie durch die Erweiterung der Ontologie des menschlichen Ph\u00e4notyps<\/strong> Datenbank mit neuen Beschreibungen fetaler Ph\u00e4notypen (siehe \u201eWas ist der Projekt \u201eHuman Phenotype Ontology\u201c<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
