Das MOOC BiG \u201cEinf\u00fchrung in die Bioinformatik und die Genommedizin<\/strong>\u201dzielt darauf ab, alle bioinformatischen Aspekte zu behandeln, die f\u00fcr die Erstellung und Interpretation von\u00a0Hochdurchsatz-Sequenzierung\u00a0<\/strong>(HTS) oder\u00a0Next-Generation-Sequenzierung\u00a0<\/strong>(NGS-)Daten innerhalb eines\u00a0Labor f\u00fcr klinische Genetik<\/strong>\u00a0mit Beispielen f\u00fcr\u00a0seltene Krankheiten und Onkogenetik<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieser Einf\u00fchrungskurs richtet sich in erster Linie an\u00a0Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4fte, die Genomik einsetzen<\/strong>. Ziel ist es,\u00a0s<\/strong>spezifische und ma\u00dfgeschneiderte Inhalte, die es den Teilnehmern erm\u00f6glichen, die verschiedenen Schritte von der Ph\u00e4notypisierung bis zur molekularen Diagnose nachzuvollziehen und die Analysen kritisch zu hinterfragen, wobei die Fallstricke und Grenzen der NGS ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Der von einem franz\u00f6sischen Team konzipierte Kurs wird zudem die\u00a0Funktionsweise des Genom-Pfades in Frankreich<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

F\u00fcr die breite \u00d6ffentlichkeit oder Neugierige geht es darum, ihnen eine Technik n\u00e4herzubringen, die eine immer wichtigere Rolle in der\u00a0Diagnose genetischer Erkrankungen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dieser MOOC wird von der franz\u00f6sischen Universit\u00e4t Paris-Cit\u00e9 organisiert und vom ERN unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Format<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Der MOOC wird im eigenen Tempo. <\/strong>Die Lernenden haben von Beginn an Zugriff auf alle Inhalte. Jede Lerneinheit behandelt einen Schritt der NGS-Verarbeitung und konzentriert sich dabei auf verschiedene Themen. Dazu stehen Videos auf Franz\u00f6sisch mit englischen Untertiteln, Texte und \u00dcbungen zur Selbstkorrektur zur Verf\u00fcgung. Interaktive Inhalte, wie beispielsweise Python-basierte Jupyter-Notebooks, erm\u00f6glichen es uns, tiefer in die Genominterpretation und Programmierung einzusteigen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da die Genommedizin und NGS ein breites Spektrum an Kompetenzen erfordern, empfehlen wir Ihnen, Ihren eigenen Weg durch das MOOC entsprechend Ihren Profil und Lernziele.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 F\u00fcr die Anf\u00e4nger,<\/strong> die Einf\u00fchrungs-Lerneinheit \u201cBack to Basics\u201d f\u00fchrt Sie in die Grundlagen der Genetik, der Bioinformatik und der Genommedizin ein.<\/strong>
\u2013 Lektion 1 <\/strong>S\u00e4tze <\/strong>den Kontext und wird f\u00fcr alle Lernenden von Interesse sein, am Beispiel des franz\u00f6sischen Modells.
\u2013 Lektion 2<\/strong> befindet sich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Klinik, Biologie, Bioanalytik und Bioinformatik. Es ist f\u00fcr alle von Interesse, die genetische Untersuchungen verschreiben oder deren Ergebnisse auswerten, sowie f\u00fcr Entwickler von Bioinformatik-Pipelines.
\u2013 Einheiten 3, 4 und 5<\/strong> konzentrieren sich zunehmend auf die Bioinformatik. F\u00fcr Bioinformatiker wird dies ein vertrautes Terrain sein, f\u00fcr diejenigen, die nicht t\u00e4glich mit diesen Werkzeugen arbeiten, k\u00f6nnte es hingegen schwieriger sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
