{"id":6063,"date":"2024-10-29T12:11:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T11:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/?page_id=6063"},"modified":"2024-10-29T12:11:01","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T11:11:01","slug":"training-exchanges","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/de\/education\/training-exchanges\/","title":{"rendered":"Ausbildungsaustauschprogramme"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-the-ern-exchange-program\">ERN-Austauschprogramm<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die&nbsp;<strong>ERN-Austauschprogramm<\/strong>&nbsp;wurde von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission ins Leben gerufen, um Wissen auszutauschen und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Fachkr\u00e4ften im Gesundheitswesen innerhalb der ERNs sowie \u00fcber deren Grenzen hinweg zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ziel dieses Projekts war es, das Fachwissen in einem bestimmten Bereich zu vereinheitlichen und Wissensl\u00fccken zu schlie\u00dfen, indem Fachkr\u00e4ften im Gesundheitswesen \u2013 seien es \u00c4rzte, Pflegekr\u00e4fte oder Psychologen, von Auszubildenden bis hin zu erfahrenen Experten \u2013, die aus einem ERN-Zentrum stammen, die M\u00f6glichkeit geboten wurde, ein anderes ERN-Krankenhaus zu besuchen.
