Las distintas barreras de acceso a la asistencia sanitaria hacen que las enfermedades raras y ultrararas puedan concentrarse en algunas de estas poblaciones. Algunas tienen normas culturales propias que pueden diferir de las de la poblaci\u00f3n general o pueden tener m\u00e1s dificultades para acceder a los profesionales sanitarios. Es importante que los profesionales cl\u00ednicos que trabajan con estas poblaciones comprendan los problemas espec\u00edficos a los que se enfrentan las comunidades de su zona. \u00bfC\u00f3mo podemos llegar a estas comunidades y c\u00f3mo puede la UE ayudar a reducir las barreras de acceso?
