{"id":8246,"date":"2025-10-01T13:52:50","date_gmt":"2025-10-01T11:52:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/?post_type=news&#038;p=8246"},"modified":"2025-10-01T13:52:51","modified_gmt":"2025-10-01T11:52:51","slug":"healthcare-transition-guideline-soon-to-be-published","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/es\/events-news\/news\/healthcare-transition-guideline-soon-to-be-published\/","title":{"rendered":"Healthcare Transition guideline soon to be published!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are very pleased to announce that the ITHACA guideline \u201cTransition from children\u2019s to adults\u2019 healthcare for youth with (genetic) intellectual disabilities\u201d has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Intellectual Disability Research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Developed by the Transition of Care consortium convened by the ERN-ITHACA Guideline Workgroup, this guideline represents an important step toward improving healthcare transitions for young patients with genetic intellectual disabilities across Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next steps will focus on dissemination, including a webinar and a lay version to ensure accessibility for families and patients.
