Se trata de una iniciativa conjunta de la <strong>Secci\u00f3n de Gen\u00e9tica M\u00e9dica de la UEMS (UEMS-SMG) <\/strong>y la Secci\u00f3n de Gen\u00e9tica M\u00e9dica y Gen\u00f3mica del <strong>Consejo Europeo de Gen\u00e9tica M\u00e9dica (EBMG-BMGG)<\/strong>, y cuenta con el apoyo de la <strong>Sociedad Europea de Gen\u00e9tica Humana<\/strong> (ESHG). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ITHACA colabora con el ECMGG desde 2023. La ERN se encarga de organizar las reuniones preparatorias del examen y participa, a trav\u00e9s de su coordinador, el profesor Alain Verloes, en la Junta Directiva del ECMGG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"948\" height=\"207\" src=\"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ecmgg.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-6146\" style=\"width:788px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ecmgg.png 948w, https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ecmgg-600x131.png 600w, https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/ecmgg-768x168.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 948px) 100vw, 948px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Historia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tras una prueba piloto celebrada en Mil\u00e1n en junio de 2018, los primeros ex\u00e1menes completos tuvieron lugar en junio de 2019, como evento paralelo a la Conferencia Europea de Gen\u00e9tica Humana celebrada en Gotemburgo, Suecia. Posteriormente, a partir de <strong>2021<\/strong>, el examen ECMGG se ha celebrado con \u00e9xito cada a\u00f1o en formato virtual (en l\u00ednea) en colaboraci\u00f3n con un proveedor privado (CYIM, Rennes, Francia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El examen est\u00e1 supervisado y controlado por la Comisi\u00f3n de Ex\u00e1menes de la ECMGG de la UEMS-SMG. No est\u00e1 limitado a candidatos europeos, aunque se dar\u00e1 prioridad a los candidatos procedentes de pa\u00edses europeos que sean miembros de la Secci\u00f3n de Gen\u00e9tica M\u00e9dica de la UEMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:57px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funcionamiento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El examen se celebra al final de cada curso acad\u00e9mico y se realiza \u00edntegramente en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Consta de dos sesiones: <strong>una sesi\u00f3n escrita <\/strong>con 110 preguntas de opci\u00f3n m\u00faltiple, y <strong>una sesi\u00f3n oral <\/strong>con seis evaluaciones orales estructuradas, organizadas en estaciones al estilo OSCE.<br><br>A continuaci\u00f3n, te mostramos algunos ejemplos de estos dos tipos de preguntas:<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uems-ecmgg.org\/sample_mcqs_for_uems_website_ecmgg.pdf\">Ejemplos de preguntas de elecci\u00f3n m\u00faltiple (MCQ) del ECMGG (pdf)<\/a><br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.uems-ecmgg.org\/sample_soa_for_uems_website_ecmgg.pdf\">Ejemplo de evaluaci\u00f3n oral estructurada (SOA) de ECMGG (pdf)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ECMGG solo es v\u00e1lido para el ejercicio de la profesi\u00f3n en aquellos pa\u00edses en los que haya sido reconocido como certificado oficial a tal efecto por los organismos u organizaciones reguladoras nacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La inscripci\u00f3n para la convocatoria de 2025 estar\u00e1 abierta hasta enero de 2025 en la p\u00e1gina web de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uems-ecmgg.org\/Home.html\">P\u00e1gina web de ECMGG.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European Certificate in Medical Genetics (ECMGG) is the first European diploma in medical genetics.
