Beyond a standard consultation, this is an opportunity to leverage the collective intelligence of our network to achieve significant medical impact<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Participate?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Expert Insights: Gain diagnostic clarity and tailored management suggestions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentation: Receive an ERN-ITHACA summary report of the panel\u2019s formal conclusions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HCP Recognition: Participation will be recognized in your healthcare provider\u2019s yearly ERN evaluation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaboration: Explore new avenues for European research partnerships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:38px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Case Submission &amp; Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To participate, please complete the following steps:<br><strong>1. Register as a case presenter or participant<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.cloud.microsoft\/e\/eKBnJwZx9f\">ERN-ITHACA Clinic 3 July 2026 \u2013 Fill in form<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Connect to your EU Login portal:<\/strong> The CPMS is accessible after you authenticate to your EU Login Account. You can access your EU account either from your computer or your mobile phone.<br><strong>3. Access CPMS 2.0 on your computer<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/cpms2.ern-net.eu\/\">https:\/\/cpms2.ern-net.eu\/<\/a><br><strong>4. Submit Your Case<\/strong>: Complete the attached template (7-8 slides are recommended) and create the case on CPMS 2.0 by 27.02.2026.<br><strong>5. Naming Convention:<\/strong> To ensure HCP activity is tracked correctly, please set the case nickname to: &#8216;City&#8217;01-ITHACA, for example Paris01-ITHACA, before validating.<br><strong>6. Attachments, Genetic Testing Reports<\/strong>: We encourage including anonymized genetic testing reports during the upload, however this is optional.<br><strong>7.
