The goal of the workshops is to train <strong>researchers and clinicians affiliated to ERN- Full Members or \u2013 Affiliated Partners in relevant topics on\u00a0research in rare diseases<\/strong>. Training themes may include\u00a0<strong>innovative research methodologies, diagnostic research methodologies, interdisciplinary treatment approaches, such as gene therapy and transplantation, etc<\/strong>.\u00a0Moreover, the workshops will be aiming to provide a cross-ERN added value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshops will be delivered as&nbsp;<strong>two-day events<\/strong>. The costs for the workshop organization will be covered&nbsp;up to a limit of&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac25.000<\/strong>&nbsp;(venue, administrative, audio-visual and IT facilities essential for the workshop, catering, travel and accommodation expenses of workshops participants and invited speakers, if envisaged).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The workshops selected for funding will be attended only by individuals affiliated to ERN institutions. Participants will be selected by the coordinator of the ERN managing institution and the workshop organizer based on pre-defined criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><u>Organizer\u2019s profile:&nbsp;<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The applicant submitting workshop topics must fulfil one of the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Affiliated to any EJP RD beneficiary institution<\/li><li>Affiliated to an ERN Full Member<\/li><li>Affiliated to an ERN Affiliated Partner institution at the time when the application is submitted, as well as during the period of the execution of the workshop.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Application and more information&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ejprarediseases.org\/ern-research-training-workshop\/\">ici<\/a>.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European Joint Programme on Rare Diseases has launch the ERN Research Training Workshops funding opportunity.
