Les anomalies cong\u00e9nitales peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9es et parfois trait\u00e9es avant la naissance. Ce groupe de travail s'attache donc \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 partager les connaissances en mati\u00e8re de pathologie f\u0153tale, de diagnostic pr\u00e9natal et de m\u00e9decine f\u0153tale \u00e0 travers les projets suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stage d'hiver sur la m\u00e9decine f\u0153tale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En 2023, ITHACA a lanc\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition de sa nouvelle \u00ab Winter School \u00bb consacr\u00e9e au diagnostic f\u0153tal, afin de combler un manque de connaissances dans les domaines du ph\u00e9notypage f\u0153tal, de l\u2019analyse g\u00e9n\u00e9tique et de l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es. Ce stage d\u2019une journ\u00e9e comprend des cours magistraux de base et des ateliers approfondis sur le ph\u00e9notypage, les tests g\u00e9nomiques pr\u00e9nataux et leurs implications pour le conseil g\u00e9n\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ce programme rassemble d'\u00e9minents chercheurs issus des \u00e9tablissements affili\u00e9s au programme ITHACA et de ses partenaires de collaboration dans les domaines de la m\u00e9decine f\u0153to-maternelle, de l'imagerie f\u0153tale, de la pathologie f\u0153tale et de la g\u00e9n\u00e9tique humaine, afin que les participants puissent tirer pleinement parti de cette vaste expertise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Manuel de m\u00e9decine f\u0153tale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise de f\u0153topathologie proc\u00e8de actuellement \u00e0 la r\u00e9vision de son ouvrage consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 pathologie f\u0153tale et placentaire pratique<\/strong> (2008). Une fois ce travail achev\u00e9, ERN-ITHACA le traduira en anglais et le publiera en ligne (Moodle\/PDF). Cet ouvrage portera sur des th\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019autopsie f\u0153tale \u2013 non seulement la description des anomalies morphologiques, mais aussi leurs causes et leurs m\u00e9canismes. Il abordera en outre d\u2019autres aspects tout aussi importants, notamment le placenta et la sant\u00e9 de la m\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Collaborations dans le domaine de la pathologie f\u0153tale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ce groupe de travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 afin d'approfondir les connaissances en mati\u00e8re de pathologie f\u0153tale en apportant de nouvelles R\u00e9sum\u00e9s Orphanet<\/strong> pour les anomalies f\u0153tales (voir notre page sur Orphanet<\/a>), et en d\u00e9veloppant le Ontologie du ph\u00e9notype humain<\/strong> base de donn\u00e9es contenant de nouvelles descriptions de ph\u00e9notypes f\u0153taux (voir \u00ab Qu'est-ce que le \u00bb Projet \u00ab Human Phenotype Ontology \u00bb<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
