{"id":6063,"date":"2024-10-29T12:11:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T11:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/?page_id=6063"},"modified":"2024-10-29T12:11:01","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T11:11:01","slug":"training-exchanges","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/fr\/education\/training-exchanges\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9changes de formation"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-the-ern-exchange-program\">Programme d'\u00e9change ERN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le&nbsp;<strong>Programme d'\u00e9change ERN<\/strong>&nbsp;a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 par la Commission europ\u00e9enne afin de favoriser le partage des connaissances et de stimuler les collaborations entre les professionnels de sant\u00e9 au sein des r\u00e9seaux europ\u00e9ens d'excellence (ERN) et entre ceux-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'objectif de ce projet \u00e9tait d'harmoniser les connaissances dans un domaine sp\u00e9cifique et de r\u00e9duire les lacunes en mati\u00e8re d'expertise en permettant aux professionnels de sant\u00e9 \u2013 qu'il s'agisse de m\u00e9decins, d'infirmiers ou de psychologues, qu'ils soient stagiaires d\u00e9butants ou experts chevronn\u00e9s \u2013 issus d'un centre du R\u00e9seau europ\u00e9en d'excellence (ERN), de se rendre dans un autre h\u00f4pital du r\u00e9seau ERN.
