Circa 1 neonato su 40 presenta una malformazione congenita e fino a 2% presentano o presenteranno una DI, causata da diverse malattie rare a livello individuale, tra cui fino a 50% sono di origine genetica o genomica. La competenza e l\u2019ambito di specializzazione del Centro di D\u00fcsseldorf ITHACA comprendono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>oltre 5.500 sindromi dismorfologiche e di anomalie congenite multiple (MCA) (elencate nel London Dysmorphology Database), tra cui malattie monogeniche, anomalie cromosomiche (rilevabili tramite analisi cromosomica convenzionale e\/o tecnologia CGH-Array), anomalie multifattoriali o sporadiche, nonch\u00e9 embriopatie di origine ambientale<\/li><li>&gt;1.500 forme monogeniche e centinaia di forme cromosomiche di ritardo mentale, con o senza disturbo dello spettro autistico (ASD) associato.<\/li><\/ul>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tags":[],"country":[89],"center-status":[47],"class_list":["post-772","expert-centers","type-expert-centers","status-publish","hentry","country-spain","center-status-affiliated-partner"],"acf":{"name-city":"Madrid 12 de Octubre Center","representative":"Dr Noem\u00ed Nu\u00f1ez Enamorado","latitude":"40.376414071986744","longitude":"-3.698942426987812","keywords-search":""},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.7 -
