{"id":6063,"date":"2024-10-29T12:11:00","date_gmt":"2024-10-29T11:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/?page_id=6063"},"modified":"2024-10-29T12:11:01","modified_gmt":"2024-10-29T11:11:01","slug":"training-exchanges","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/ern-ithaca.eu\/it\/education\/training-exchanges\/","title":{"rendered":"Scambi di formazione"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"height:39px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-is-the-ern-exchange-program\">Programma di scambio ERN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il&nbsp;<strong>Programma di scambio ERN<\/strong>&nbsp;\u00e8 stata avviata dalla Commissione europea per condividere conoscenze e stimolare la collaborazione tra gli operatori sanitari all\u2019interno delle reti europee di riferimento (ERN) e tra di esse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'obiettivo di questo progetto era quello di armonizzare le conoscenze in un settore specifico e ridurre le lacune di competenza, consentendo agli operatori sanitari \u2013 che fossero medici o infermieri, psicologi, tirocinanti alle prime armi o esperti di lungo corso \u2013 provenienti da un centro ERN di recarsi in visita presso un altro ospedale della rete ERN.
