Registration & Abstracts Submission

Deadline to submit an abstract has been extended to Friday, 3 May.

To submit an abstract, please use the below abstract template.

Submit your abstract as a Word document, not as pdf. You can only submit one abstract. Use Calibri, 12-point font, single interline. 3000 characters with spaces maximum. Tables and figs are welcome.

Once you’ve submitted an abstract, there is no need to register elsewhere.

All attendees will be informed on their abstract status by email by late june. There will be room for 70 oral presentations and 30 poster presentations.
